Kevin Lackey FastTrack Coach (3 Months)

When you choose Kevin as your FastTrack Coach, he will guide you through your personal transformation journey for three months. You will have full access to all DDPY workouts, healthy recipes, and motivational content during this time.

Like most people, I knew I was out of shape, and I lacked the energy and motivation to do anything about it. I just didn’t care anymore.

I was caught in a cycle of working two jobs to support my disabled wife and my 3 children and after 20 years of prioritizing their needs and neglecting my own, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

 

Realizing that there will be no one to care for my family if I’m gone was the wake-up call that I needed.   However, the good news about reaching rock bottom is that there’s only one direction that you can go.

 

I found DDPY and more importantly, I found hope. I learned that self-care wasn’t selfish, but in fact it was a necessity so that I could serve my family better. I made a commitment to myself and dedicated the time and energy I needed for my own rebuilding.  Even though nothing around me changed, my outlook and everything inside me did.

 

I lost 75 lbs., lowered my A1c from diabetic to ‘normal levels’ and was named one of the 2024 Positively Unstoppable Champions of 2024. In 2025, I was one of the Transformation University graduating class. Now, after training as a Fast Track Coach, I am looking to use the lessons I learned to give back.

FastTrack Clients who do not have active memberships to the DDP YOGA NOW app will be granted full access to all DDPY workouts during their coaching period.
